This is your chance to own your patch across Cardiff and Newport, build lasting client relationships, and become the go-to trusted advisor for local SMEs.
What you'll be doing
* Knocking on doors, talking to business owners, and uncovering what keeps them up at night
* Turning conversations into solutions that help them cut costs and grow revenue
* Managing a mix of warm appointments and self-sourced opportunities
* Running your diary your way, with full CRM and tech support behind you
Who you are
* A confident field sales professional with at least 2 years' face-to-face B2B experience
* Natural people person - empathetic, relatable, commercially sharp
* Target-driven, but with the emotional intelligence to build long-term trust
* Based in Cardiff or Newport, with the drive to cover the territory daily
