Main duties:
* Performing accurate and high-quality repairs and servicing of vehicles in accordance with manufacturer and industry standards
* Diagnosing faults efficiently using in-depth knowledge of vehicle electronics and systems
* Mentoring and providing technical assistance to other technicians within the workshop
* Ensuring all work is completed safely, and in compliance with health and safety regulations, immediately addressing any issues with customers regarding ongoing or complex vehicle repairs
* Maintaining detailed records of repairs, services, and diagnostics performed as a Vehicle Technician
* Supporting workshop efficiency by authoring accurate repair estimates and parts requisitions
* Contributing to a high standard of customer service by providing technical advice and updates as needed
* Continuously developing technical skills through training and professional development opportunities
Requirements:
* Fully qualified to IMI/NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair
* Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician within a franchise dealership environment or similar setting
* Strong knowledge xsngvjr of vehicle diagnostics, electronics, and system troubleshooting
* Valid UK driving licence
* Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality workmanship
* Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
* Adaptability to a busy workshop environment, with the capacity to meet targets and deadlines
* Motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving and customer service
