Purchase Ledger - Cheadle- Temporary On behalf of our client, we are seeking a Purchase Ledger Clerk on a temporary basis for a 3-6 months. This role is to start immediately. Duties include: Maintain accurate financial records and assist in audits as required. Process purchase invoices and ensure they are accurately recorded. Perform regular reconciliations of supplier statements to ensure accuracy. Assist with the preparation of payment runs and maintain records. Liaise with suppliers regarding invoice discrepancies and resolve any issues in a timely manner. Data entry The successful candidate will have previously experience within a similar role, ideally have experience in freight forwarding, have a high attention to detail, and the ability to manage their own workload.
