Find Your Role
Our Supply Chain & Logistics teams are the powerhouse behind getting products to our shelves and into our customers’ hands. This 24-month graduate programme offers a unique opportunity to experience the full end-to-end supply chain journey from forecasting and planning to logistics execution while gaining a CILT-accredited qualification to support your professional development.
You’ll spend a total of 24 months rotating across 3 placements. 12 months will be in a supply role, working closely with Buying, Modular Planning, and Replenishment to ensure product availability, cost efficiency, and innovation.
Responsibilities
* Forecasting and demand planning to ensure accurate stock levels across categories
* Supporting new store openings and seasonal events with tailored supply strategies
* Driving cost-saving initiatives and process improvements across the supply chain
* Project, programme and PMO support
* Conduct analysis of warehouse capacity data
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver business-critical projects
* Build and maintain strong cross-functional relationships
About You
You might be a recent graduate in Business, Economics, Supply Chain, or a related discipline, or you may have an interest or experience in a retail, logistics, or planning environment.
You’ll be:

* Comfortable working with large datasets and drawing insights to support decisions
* A confident communicator who can build strong relationships across teams
