European Language Customer Care Administrator Fluent German / Swiss German

Home based(1 day per month in the head office in Cambridgeshire)

A fantastic success story, our client is expanding and are looking to recruitFluent German or Swiss German speakerswho enjoy Customer Service, attention to detail and Teamwork. It is a busy environment working with other team members who speak a variety of European languages. The successful Customer Care Administrator will be talking exclusively to their German customers; taking service calls; resolving customer queries from enquiry to order, delivery, and payment - ensuring that a satisfactory conclusion is reached. The successful Customer Services Administrator will need to have a passion for excellent Customer Service.

The successful Customer Care Administrator must have the following skills:

* Passionate about delivering excellent customer service

*Must be fluent in both oral and written English and Germanor Swiss German

* Excellent communication skills with both internal & external customers

* Able to build good relationships at all levels with a positive and flexible approach

* Able to solve problems, have initiative, and open to continuous improvement and learning

This role will behome-basedhowever candidates must be able to travel to the office approximately 1 day per month - the office is based in St Neots, Cambridgeshire area. Candidates that wish to relocate may be offered assistance and support.

Hours and Days:

* 5 week rotational shift, 37.5 hours per week:

o Week 1: Monday to Friday. 07:00 15:15 UK Time
o Week 2: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday. 07:30 15:45 UK Time
o Week 3: Monday to Friday. 11:00 19:15 UK Time
o Week 4: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday. 08:00 16:15 UK Time
o Week 5: Monday to Friday. 11:45 20:00 UK Time
