Due to continued growth, they are seeking anSenior Electrical Design Engineer with a proven background in UK building services consultancy to join their London team. The Role You will lead the design and delivery of electrical building services systems across a range of sectors, including commercial offices, high-end residential, and student accommodation. Key responsibilities include: Leading electrical design from concept through to completion Producing and reviewing calculations, specifications, and technical reports Designing in line with UK Building Regulations, BS standards, and CIBSE guidance Delivering designs using Amtech (Trimble), Dialux/Relux, and Revit MEP Managing project delivery, budgets, and timelines Acting as a key point of contact for clients, architects, and project teams Providing technical leadership and mentoring junior engineers Requirements (Essential) 5 years experience in a UK building services consultancy Strong experience in electrical building services design (power, lighting, small power, etc.) Working knowledge of BS 7671 (IET Wiring Regulations) and UK Building Regulations Proficiency in Amtech (Trimble), Dialux or Relux, and Revit MEP Experience managing projects and client relationships Desirable Chartered or working towards CIBSE / IET Experience delivering low-carbon / sustainable design solutions Previous experience at Associate level (for senior applicants), including team leadership and client development Whats on Offer £65,000 £85,000 salary (depending on level and experience) Private healthcare & life insurance Pension Flexible working (post-probation) Employee Ownership Trust (EOT) opportunity to become a stakeholder Clear progression pathway to Associate/Director level 20 days annual leave bank holidays (recommend increasing to remain competitive) Why Apply?
