Are you an experienced Administrator who has experience in managing contracts, agreements, suppliers, and handled a central email inbox?
In this role, you'll be part of the procurement team, and responsible for managing large files and contractual documents, ensuring compliance, regularly auditing files to ensure their integrity.
You'll be onboarding new suppliers, sending out documents for e-signature, sending out requests for information and chasing up responses.
Experience working in the facilities management and/or commercial property industry would be really helpful here.
Here's the important stuff:
Location: this is a Hybrid role, 3 days per week in the Birmingham office and 2 days working from home
Salary: up to £30,000 depending on your skills and experience

Excellent I.T skills are important here as you'll be switching between various systems, arranging electronic signatures on documents, and liaising with stakeholders by email.
