Your role at a glance
The HR Business Partner will collaborate closely with the assigned functions leadership across the EMEA region, to drive our people processes and strategy, organizational design, talent management and succession planning. This role ensures alignment between people initiatives and business objectives in a fast-paced environment to foster a high-performance culture.
This is full time permenant role with the opportunity to work from home.
What will you do
1. Provide eye-level HR Business Partnering to a defined function leadership within EMEA
2. Understand business goals, initiate new approaches and processes to effect continuous improvement to support business objectives, and organizational design/effectiveness
3. Coach line managers in their day-to-day leadership tasks
4. Take ownership of HR/ER cases and other areas where HR expertise is required to help to navigate through change and growth situation
5. Guide managers on the right tools and access to advice needed for effective management of the performance of their people
6. Advise on people development within existing and new policies and procedures
