Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of pupils with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs? Pentland Primary School seeks a motivated Level 3 Teaching Assistant with relevant qualifications and recent training to support pupils with SEMH needs.
The role involves:
1. Providing support to pupils in the Additional Resource Provision.
2. Supporting pupils across the school while adhering to safeguarding policies.
3. Supervising groups and occasionally whole classes.
4. Delivering high-quality nurturing and education through positive interactions and strong relationships, including one-to-one support if needed.
5. Being proactive, flexible, and a reliable team player, offering support to colleagues.
6. Building strong relationships to enable all children at Pentland to flourish, prioritizing community needs.
7. Supporting children's progress by working closely with a supportive team and external professionals, providing regular feedback on progress and well-being.
