🚛 Class 2 HIAB Driver – Full-Time & Ongoing

We’re looking for an experienced and customer‑focused Class 2 HIAB Driver to join our client’s busy builders merchant yard in Inverness. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a mix of driving and hands‑on work, supporting customers with essential building materials and representing the company out on site. You’ll be working as part of a friendly yard team, delivering to both trade and domestic customers, and playing a key role in keeping daily deliveries running smoothly. This is a full‑time, ongoing role with the potential to become permanent for the right person.
Immediate start available.
🔧 What’s on Offer:
1. Monday to Friday
2. 7:00 AM start time
3. Overtime paid after 8 hours daily
4. Weekly pay – PAYE – £17.50ph with £20.25 OT PAYE ADV – £19.61 ph with £22.69 OT
🚚 Your Day-to-Day:
5. Deliver building materials to commercial and residential locations
6. Operate HIAB safely (hook and sling attachments)
7. Load/unload materials and carry out some manual handling
8. Provide excellent customer service
9. Maintain delivery records and vehicle logs
10. Carry out routine vehicle checks
✅ What You’ll Need:
11. Class 2 (Category C) licence
12. CPC & Digital Tacho Card
13. HIAB ticket
14. No DR, IN, or TT endorsements
15. Forklift or lifting experience is an advantage
