You’ll lead the discovery and planning phase, developing the commercial and operational foundations for the proposed in‑house travel model, including:
* Building the business case and P&L
* Forecasting and commercial analysis
* Designing organisational structures
* Creating the product and technology roadmap
* Project planning and implementation strategy
* Evaluating operational and supplier models
Phase 2 – Build & Implementation (Approx. 3+ Months)
Following approval of the feasibility study, you’ll take the lead on bringing the vision to life by:
* Building an in‑house Travel Management Company from the ground up
* Leading supplier RFP and contract negotiations
* Hiring and structuring key teams
* Designing scalable business processes and SOPs
* Driving operational set‑up and delivery
* Managing implementation across technology, suppliers and operations
About You
You’ll be a strategic, commercially astute travel leader with:
* Extensive experience within business travel and TMC environments
* Strong understanding of travel operations, supplier agreements and travel technology
* Proven project leadership and change management experience
* Excellent commercial modelling and stakeholder management skills
* The ability to operate both strategically and hands‑on
This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced consultant or senior travel leader looking to deliver a high‑impact transformation project within a global organisation.
