Role & Responsibilities:
* Surveys
* Dilapidations
* Contract administration
* Design
* Party wall
* Fire risk assessments
* Condition reports
Skills & Experience:
* MRICS or near chartered
* Able to work autonomously and as part of a small team
* Excellent communication and written skills
Salary & Benefits:
* £40,000 to £50,000 (depending on experience) and other benefits
