Their branches offer a busy and thriving working environment where customers at the core of everything they do. They are now recruiting for a Branch Manager to oversee the branch in Nottingham.
The Branch Manager will be responsible for:
1. Leading the branch team to provide excellent customer service.
2. Maintaining high standards within the trade counter area and warehouse.
3. Having a can-do/will-do attitude and able to work within a small team.
4. Ensuring health and safety compliance.
5. Leading the branch team to achieve branch performance targets.
6. Mentoring and coaching skills to bring the best out of your team.
The ideal Branch Manager:
7. Will have experience in a trade counter environment
8. Will be a strong leader with sound commercial awareness.
9. Will be have a friendly, welcoming attitude and have energy and passion that is required to deliver what our customers require.
10. Must have a full valid driving license.
11. Good organisational skills and be IT literate.
