* Contract: 40 Hours per week, Permanent
* Salary: £34,479
* Location: In and around Swansea
* Full UK drivers licence required

About the Role
As a Multiskilled Trades Person, you will carry out a wide variety of reactive repairs and planned maintenance across our properties.
* To ensure that all health and safety regulations are adhered to, working in a safe manner at all times.
* To complete all necessary paperwork/electronic documentation, including accurate records of materials used, time spent on-site, vehicle details for submission on a regular basis.
* To assist the DEMS Supervisor and other property services staff in the inspection and recording of defects and follow-up works.
* Work independently and as part of a team to deliver high-quality results.
About You
We’re looking for a Multiskilled Trades Person with:
* Has proven experience in a trades background and carpenter or joiner.
* A recognised level of relevant trade competence in, minimum City & Guilds level 2 (e.g. Carpentry/Plumbing/Plastering etc.).
* Has strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
* Knowledge of Health & Safety requirements
* Strong understanding of customer service.
* Possesses a valid UK driving licence and will undertake a DBS check.

We welcome previous experience working as:
Carpenter, Joiner, Kitchen Fitter/Installer, Bathroom Fitter/Installer, Maintenance Operative, Shopfitter, Property Maintenance Technician, Plasterer or similar roles with transferable skills.
