Early Years Practitioner (Level 3) – Warrington (WA5)

Contract Type: Full-Time, Permanent (or Temp-to-Perm available)
Pay Rate: £90 - £100 per day
A welcoming and nurturing nursery setting in Warrington (WA5) is seeking a passionate and caring Early Years Practitioner (Level 3) to join their dedicated team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced practitioner who loves helping young children grow, learn, and thrive in a supportive early years environment.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
* A Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education/Childcare (or equivalent).
* A strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
* A nurturing, patient, and positive attitude with a genuine love for working with young children.
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
* An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
Role Overview:
* Deliver high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS framework.
* Plan and implement engaging, age-appropriate activities that support children’s learning and development.
* Build warm, trusting relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
* Ensure all children are supported to reach their full potential in a safe and inclusive environment.
* Maintain a high standard of health, safety, and safeguarding at all times.
* Previous experience working in a nursery or early years setting (desirable).

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
