As an IT Assistant at Le Manoir aux Quat’Saisons, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of all IT operations on property to ensure all employees have full access to all systems and equipment at all times for smooth business operations.

Primary Responsibilities Include
1. Serving as the primary contact for all servicing of equipment.
2. Implementing and enforcing all aspects of the IT compliance policy.
3. Providing support to all users regarding access, knowledge, and systems usage.
4. Responsible for systems management procedures and practices.
What You Bring:
1. 3 years + of experience working within IT support and operations.
2. A solid understanding of networking and desktop technology and systems.
3. Experience dealing with remote and on-site issues.
4. Strong communication skills.
