A client of ours in the Maldon area is recruiting a Customer Service Administrator to join their team. This is a full-time 3‑month temporary position working Monday – Friday 8.00 am – 4.30 pm and paying £13 per hour (£27,040 per annum) depending on experience.
Key Duties
* Handle customer inquiries and provide prompt assistance.
* Resolve issues and escalated matters when necessary.
* Maintain accurate customer records.
* Receive and process orders where required.
* Update customers regarding their orders.
Skills and Experience
* Good IT skills.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Previous call centre and customer service experience.
* Degree of flexibility.
