Role Responsibilities Mixing, kneading and scaling doughs according to recipes
Managing fermentation, proofing and baking schedules
Operating bakery equipment safely and efficiently
Maintaining consistency, quality and presentation standards
Monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages
Following food safety, hygiene, and allergen procedures
Ensuring a clean and organised workstation before handover
Requirements Minimum 3 years professional baking experience
Strong understanding of dough development, proofing, shaping and bread baking
Experience in pastries, cakes or sweets is a strong advantage
Able to work night shifts reliably
Good communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work independently and manage production timings
Attention to detail and passion for high-quality products
