Tradewind Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced School Administrator to work in a welcoming and supportive secondary school in South Liverpool.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident and organised individual with previous school-based administration experience to join a busy office team.

Location: South Liverpool
Full-time, long-term role
Key responsibilities include:
* Managing front of house and reception duties
* Handling attendance, SIMS/Arbor systems and general admin tasks
* Supporting staff, students, and parents with enquiries
* Maintaining accurate records and ensuring safeguarding procedures are followed
The ideal candidate will:
* Have prior experience working in a school office
* Be confident using SIMS, Arbor, or similar systems
* Demonstrate strong communication and organisational skills
* Be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
