Role Overview:
The Service Delivery Manager is responsible for project execution (aligned with the defined budget, planning, and the strategy of the CDE if installed at the client site), and for interacting with all key stakeholders, including the Industry Operations team (engineers, solution architects) and the Horizontal Operations team (engineers, developers from Global Operations Practices).
Practical Requirements:
This role is based in Watford and requires working 4 days per week at Watford General Hospital.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Drive end-to-end project execution by coordinating delivery between Industry and Horizontal Operations teams, ensuring adherence to Atos delivery standards, budgets, and schedules.
2. Ensure smooth operation of implemented solutions through troubleshooting, maintenance (predictive, preventive, and corrective), and support.
3. Enhance productivity and optimize costs of managed resources and platforms through innovative approaches.
4. Manage the timely delivery of large, complex transformation projects by leveraging dedicated engineering and delivery capabilities specific to the industry.
5. Understand and challenge clients’ business needs to provide effective solutions.
6. Engage with client technical teams to develop innovative solutions tailored to the client’s maturity level.
7. Maintain up-to-date internal knowledge within Industry and Horizontal teams.
8. Source relevant capabilities based on client-specific solution requirements, including staffing.
Competencies and Skills:
* Minimum of 3+ years experience in a similar role.
* Experience managing small to medium, moderately complex client outsourcing engagements or Atos services, or participating as part of a larger engagement team interacting with international teams across different Practices or Industries.
