* Target Engagement: You'll be the first handshake. Spotting, evaluating, and nurturing acquisition targets like a seasoned scout.
* Valuation & Modelling: Yes, there's Excel. But it's the kind that gets deals done, not the kind that gets endlessly reworked for someone's ego.
* Due Diligence: Lead it. Own it. Shape it. Financial, operational, legal-you'll be across it all.
* Reporting: You'll write the papers that go to the Investment Committee. Not just summaries-strategic insights.
* Stakeholder Management: You'll be talking to execs, advisers, and targets. Your voice will matter.
* Integration Support: Work with our Integration team to make sure the post-deal phase is as it should be.
* Assistant Manager (or Manager) in Transaction Services.
* You've got a couple of years under your belt and you're itching to step out of the advisory shadows.
