Pay Rate: £14–£15 per hour
Are you a compassionate, reliable Support Worker looking for flexible overnight agency work with a trusted care provider? Completely Care is recruiting experienced Support Workers to join our team, providing sleep-in and waking night support to adults with a variety of care needs in Ystrad Mynach
What You’ll Do:
5. Provide high-quality person-centred care and emotional support during sleep-in and waking night shifts
6. Assist with personal care, mobility, and daily living tasks as needed overnight
7. Promote independence, safety, and dignity throughout the night
8. Monitor and respond to service users’ needs while ensuring a calm and supportive environment
9. Accurately record and report overnight care and any incidents
What We’re Looking For:
10. All Wales Manual Handling Passport – Essential
11. Minimum 6 months UK-based care/support experience
12. Caring, patient, and professional attitude
13. Reliability and excellent communication skills
14. Ability to work independently overnight and as part of a wider team
15. Flexibility to cover sleep-in and waking night shifts
