Receptionist & Centre Operations Assistant – Serviced Office Space (Oxford)

We're looking for a polished and proactive Receptionist & Centre Operations Assistant to join our clients team at a business centre in Oxford. This is a front-facing, multi-tasking role where you'll deliver an exceptional customer experience while ensuring the centre operates smoothly, safely and to the highest standards.

What you'll do

* Provide an outstanding service experience to all stakeholders.
* Welcome customers, visitors and potential new members with warmth and professionalism.
* Conduct friendly and informative viewings of our office space.
* Proactively seek feedback and resolve customer queries at first touch.
* Build relationships with customers to identify upselling opportunities.
* Maintain centre standards to the highest level.
* Conduct pre-event inspections of meeting rooms and show offices before bookings or viewings.
* Oversee smooth customer move-ins, ensuring all requirements are met.
* Support the Centre Operations Manager with ad hoc duties and administrative tasks.

* A friendly, professional manner and a passion for customer service.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills.
* A proactive, can-do approach and the ability to multitask.
* Experience in reception, hospitality or a similar customer-facing role (training provided).
