Description

Maximise on-board sales strategies and mentor on-board teams to increase retail and treatment revenue across the Onespaworld fleet. Responsible for business development and as key liaison for designated Cruise Line (Key Account).

KPIs
* Maximise sell thru of retail products across all modalities, increasing ATV by 50%
* Increase number of BIOTEC facial bookings by 50% and ensure BIOTEC machine in good working order, troubleshooting, where necessary
* Minimum of 4 HD Skin Wellness Consultations per facialist per day and ensure HD Reveal Camera and laptop are in good working order with software updates installed, working closely with IT and Canfield to troubleshoot, where necessary



Key Responsibilities

* Schedule and maintain a rolling 8 week schedule of day visits or sails across all cruise line partners to maximise sales performance
* Review and analyse on-board performance using data available
* Implement plan of action to optimise sales performance based on business review
* Deliver virtual and in-person roadshows to launch new product, treatment or maintain on-going sales momentum
* Ensure all modalities are fully proficient in delivering the highest standards of ELEMIS brand and product knowledge
* Ensure all modalities are fully competent and confident in delivering the highest standards in treatment/consultation performance
* Work side by side with on-board teams to lead by example and demonstrate operational excellence including, but not limited to product demonstration, spa tours, seminars, HD Skin Wellness Consultations
* Undertake workshops, 1:1 and seminars with on-board teams to inspire and motivate
* Assist on-board manager with stock/inventory queries
* Identify opportunities to improve brand identity on-board
* Nurture the collective voice of on-board teams to be global influencers and brand advocates
* Provide knowledgeable and meaningful reporting on sales improvement following visits/sails
* Ensure ELEMIS On-Board Sales & Education Team are kept up to date on business strategies and sales performance of your designated Key Account
* Work closely with Global Education and Marketing to develop OSW sales & education tools supporting the on-board deliverables and ensure these remain relevant incl: workshops, toolkits,
* Support the delivery of training and educational excellence to the OSW training curriculum and online learning platform
* Represent the brand with both OSW and cruise partners
* Work with travel partners to arrange travel or accommodation requirements.



Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

* Minimum 3 years working with the ELEMIS.
* Excellent knowledge of ELEMIS brand ethos, treatment and product.
* Proven sales track record
* Ability to build relationships to plug into all teams across the organisation.
* Inspire and motivate teams.
* Strong planner – detailed and focused on operational efficiency.
* Able to multi-task and manage competing priorities.
* Excellent communication skills – verbal, non-verbal and written.
* Strong written and presentation skills.
* Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
* Work well under pressure.
