Overview
We’re looking for an experienced supernumerary Clinical Lead to lead clinical management at Belmore Lodge in Lymington, Hampshire. You’ll be responsible for ensuring the best clinical care for residents while promoting their continued wellbeing and independence.
Responsibilities
* Lead the clinical team, working with nurses to drive forward clinical excellence in the home.
* Engage with external agencies as and when required to ensure the best possible care for our residents.
* Oversee clinical governance, undertaking audits supported by Clinical and Quality Managers.
* Develop the nurse team and support student nurses on placements.
* Manage everyday tasks in the absence of the Home Manager.
Qualifications
* Excellent clinical skills with sound judgement and great communication.
* Can-do attitude, team player with attention to detail and sense of fun.
* Experience as a Clinical Lead, Nurse Qualified Deputy Manager or Clinical Head of Care.
* Experience in care home, frailty/dementia settings.
* Business insurance is essential due to travel during work hours.
* Employed as a Licensed Registered Nurse (qualification required). Eligible for the BCS CBSU Interim Locum scheme.
