This role is perfect for someone looking to work on a variety of HR related tasks in a fast paced environment within a growing business.
Key Responsibilities:
* Day to day HR management reporting to the HR Manager.
* Participating in employee performance reviews.
* ER case management.
* Amendments to contracts.
* Conducting exit interviews.
* Assisting with payroll administration.
* Advising on training and development.
* Absence management/RTW meetings.
* Assisting with company policies and procedures.
* Assist in creating an effective and efficient workplace.
You will need:
* A minimum of 2 years HR experience.
* A general understanding of HR policies and procedures.
* Understanding of HR systems.
* Excellent communication skills written and verbal.
* Ability to work with strict confidentiality and integrity.
