Branch Assistant About the Role: We are looking for a reliable and enthusiastic individual to join a local branch in a varied role that combines warehouse and customer-facing responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: Assist with light warehouse duties, including stock handling and organisation. Operate the trade counter and provide excellent customer service. Answer incoming calls and respond to customer enquiries. Raise orders and maintain accurate records, requiring good computer literacy. Requirements: Experience in warehouse, retail, or customer service roles is desirable. Comfortable using computers and handling orders efficiently. Friendly, reliable, and a strong team player.
