Collaborate with teaching assistants, SENDCo, therapists, parents, and carers to develop individualised education plans.

Must hold QTS or QTLS, both valid qualifications for state and special schools
Open to newly qualified or experienced teachers.
Experience in SEN settings is preferred; however, a strong commitment to pupil-centred teaching, adaptability, and inclusion is essential.
Excellent communicator, empathetic, resilient, and safeguarding-aware.
