Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
* Inspire and motivate the younger generation in History, Geography, and Religious Education.
* Work alongside a team of fantastic Humanities teachers.
* Taking on Teaching Leadership Responsibility (TLR) as KS3 & KS4 Coordinator and providing pastoral support.
* Support the induction of Newly Qualified Teachers (ECT) through 1:1 mentoring and bespoke ECT induction.
* Deliver high quality teaching and maintain a positive classroom behaviour.
* Contribute to the school’s success by enabling students to achieve impressive Progress 8 results.

Person Specification
* UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or in the process of gaining QTS.
* Strong academic background – a degree, A‑levels and GCSEs.
* Meet the 8 Teaching Standards at a good or outstanding level.
* Ability to work effectively as part of a large team of Humanities teachers.
* Willingness to listen to feedback and develop professionally.
