Key Responsibilities
As our Maths Specialist Class Teacher, you will:
* Plan and deliver high-quality mathematics lessons that cater for diverse learning styles.
* Create an inclusive and engaging classroom environment that promotes critical thinking and problem-solving.
* Identify and support individual pupils’ strengths and areas for development.
* Collaborate with colleagues to make meaningful cross-curricular links.
* Monitor and assess progress, providing clear and constructive feedback to pupils and parents.
What We’re Looking For
The successful candidate will demonstrate:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
* A genuine passion for mathematics and excellent subject knowledge.
* Experience of teaching mathematics within the primary phase.
* Creativity in delivering lessons that inspire and motivate young learners.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to engage positively with colleagues, pupils, and families.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
