As we continue to evolve, we’re seeking a forward-thinking Supply Chain Manager to lead the transformation of our supply chain operations. Reporting to the Head of Commercial, you’ll take a strategic leadership role in managing our materials for our Property Care teams, and waste disposal supply chain partners. This is not just about day-to-day operations — you’ll be empowered to: Shape and implement long-term materials strategies Lead on high-value purchasing decisions, including ad-hoc procurement up to £1 million annually Analyse purchasing data to identify trends, reduce unnecessary spend, and inform strategic priorities Drive innovation and continuous improvement across supply chain processes Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure a seamless and efficient internal buying experience This role is ideal for someone who thrives on autonomy, enjoys making data-driven decisions, and is passionate about delivering value and efficiency at scale. Our Group offices are located at Birmingham Business Park Solihull and Central Park, Worcester. Candidates would need to be based in Worcestershire and the West Midlands area. There will be regular operational travel around our geography, therefore a driving licence and access to your own vehicle is essential.
