Are you an Early Career Teacher (ECT) looking to gain valuable classroom experience across a range of schools in Stoke-on-Trent? ABC Teachers is seeking passionate and adaptable ECTs to join our dedicated supply teaching team.

As an ECT Supply Teacher with ABC Teachers, you will:
* Deliver engaging and well-structured lessons across different year groups
* Adapt quickly to new school environments and classroom settings
* Build positive relationships with students and staff
* Maintain a strong classroom presence and manage behaviour effectively
* Follow lesson plans provided by the school or plan lessons when required
About the school
As an ECT Supply Teacher with ABC Teachers, you will have the opportunity to work across a variety of schools in Stoke-on-Trent and the surrounding areas. This includes modern academies with cutting-edge facilities, as well as traditional community schools with strong local ties.
You will teach pupils across different age ranges and abilities, gaining exposure to Key Stage 3, Key Stage 4, and potentially Key Stage 5. This varied experience will help you develop adaptability, strengthen your classroom management skills, and broaden your subject knowledge – all while building your confidence as a newly qualified teacher.
Requirements
To be considered for the role of ECT Supply Teacher – Stoke-on-Trent you will:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or be an Early Career Teacher (ECT)
* A passion for inspiring and supporting young learners
* The flexibility and adaptability to work across different schools and year groups
* An enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or be an Early Career Teacher (ECT)
