The role…
We are looking for a talented Chef de Partie / Pastry Chef to join our brigade.
This is a varied, hands-on role working across all areas of the kitchen, including sauce, larder, garnish and pastry. You will run your own section when required and support the preparation of desserts, breads and pastry, whilst also contributing fully to main kitchen service.
This is an excellent opportunity to develop as a well-rounded chef within a professional Rosette-level kitchen.
We are looking for someone who:
• Has experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Commis ready to step up
• Ideally has Rosette or quality fresh food experience
• Has a passion for both savoury and pastry
• Is organised, reliable and eager to develop
• Wants to progress within a professional kitchen and hotel group
