Key Responsibilities Assessment & Care Planning Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments for adolescents with complex presentations. Develop and implement evidence-based, person-centred care plans. Therapeutic Intervention Deliver therapeutic interventions tailored to individual and family needs. Manage a focused caseload of approximately 10-12 young people. Multidisciplinary Collaboration Work closely with psychiatry and wider MDT colleagues to provide holistic, coordinated care. Contribute actively to clinical discussions and joint decision-making processes. Complex & Neurodiverse Presentations Support neurodiverse young people and those presenting with severe and enduring mental health difficulties, including psychosis. Professional Engagement Participate in regular supervision, team meetings, and professional consultations to ensure high-quality service delivery.
