Key Responsibilities:

* Lead and manage a team of professionals, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented work environment.
* Oversee a diverse portfolio of clients, serving as the primary point of contact for their accounting and financial needs.
* Build and nurture strong client relationships, understanding their business operations and financial goals.
* Provide expert guidance on accounting, tax, and financial planning tailored to each client's unique requirements.
* Review and supervise the preparation of financial statements, management accounts, and tax returns.
* Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams to ensure comprehensive service delivery.
* Stay informed about changes in accounting regulations, tax laws, and industry trends.
* Contribute to business development efforts, identifying opportunities to expand the firm's client base.
* Lead by example, motivating your team to excel and delivering high-quality work.

Qualifications and Skills:

* ACA, ACCA qualification (nearing completion or already qualified).
* Substantial experience within an accountancy practice, with a strong background in client management and team leadership.
* Excellent knowledge of accounting principles, tax regulations, and financial reporting standards.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective team management and client interactions.
* Leadership qualities with the ability to mentor, motivate, and guide team members.
* Proficiency in accounting software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant tools.
* Analytical mindset with attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality work.
* Proactive approach to problem-solving and a passion for driving continuous improvement.
