Vacancy – Office Administrator
We are looking for an organised multi-tasking person to join our clients team. You Will be responsible for running a busy small team and working closely with the Directors. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Administrator to join the team. You will work with an Office Assistant and the duties below are undertaken to operate in conjunction with the Office Assistant and Accounts Manager to optimise the efficient and effective operation of the office.
Responsibilities:
1. Answer the calls to the office and redirect to the relevant person. Receive and note any messages. Use discretion where necessary when message is urgent or requires attention
2. Receive visitors and note messages.
3. Receive monies and issue receipts. Updating daily register
4. Undertake typing, photocopying, email and administration on a daily basis including filing – centrally in conjunction with the office Assistant and Accounts Manager.
5. Maintain Health and Safety re
6. Produce, organise and chase necessary certification for projects updating company health and safety policy
7. Projects – organise and maintain all paperwork for construction and development projects
8. Under guidance from the Accounts Manager undertake basis accounting duties.
This is a busy role with changing duties and responsibilities so a flexible approach with attention to detail is key.
