Job Description
* Maintain a view of overall programme progress (using leading and lagging indicators)
* Manage dependencies of varying complexity, planning and feeding into the larger programme and project portfolios
* Remove blockers and manage risks related to commercial performance, benefit tracking and any assigned programme budgets
* Balance objectives and make recommendations to redeploy people and resources as priorities change
* Be responsible for understanding, managing and communicating benefit realisation priorities to complex stakeholder groups across different workstreams
* Design and define the approach to benefits capture and tracking, working closely with the Finance Team
* Design, setup and run programme level governance
* Design and coordinate reporting for key governance forums
The Successful Applicant
* Demonstrable experience in a similar position working on a variety of multi-dimensional programmes delivering transformation projects
* Demonstratable and extensive experience in effective use of benefits management techniques
* Experience of managing senior stakeholders
