Conveyancer – Leading firm – Remote
We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established and highly respected firm, known for delivering exceptional conveyancing services with a strong reputation for quality and client care.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage property transactions from instruction through to completion, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
* Liaise effectively with clients, third parties, and internal team members to progress cases.
* Conducting searches, handling completions, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
* Offer expert guidance and support to clients throughout the conveyancing journey.
What we are looking for:
* Experience in running your own residential conveyancing caseload.
* Strong organisational abilities and a high level of attention to detail
* A client focused attitude and ability to work in a fast-paces environment.
