Key Responsibilities Support teaching and learning across EYFS, KS1 and/or KS2. Assist the class teacher with lesson preparation, activities and daily routines. Provide 1:1 and small-group support where required. Help maintain a safe, engaging and inclusive classroom environment. Support pupils with SEND needs, behaviour, and learning challenges. Promote positive behaviour and model school expectations. Build strong relationships with staff, pupils and parents. Follow safeguarding policies and maintain confidentiality at all times.
