That means for Barrington James, we grow at the same speed. With 9 Global Offices hosting over 200 consultants specializing in niche areas of the Life Science Market, we are ready to support our growing group of clients in sourcing the most senior, specialist, and rare candidates to join them.
We view learning & development as a top priority and know the first few months of training are crucial when creating successful billers. To ensure new hires receive relevant and tailored coaching, they join our dedicated ‘Launch Teams’ before joining the wider sales floor. Acting as our hires’ initial impression of not just Barrington James, but the Life Science recruitment sector as a whole, it’s crucial these teams are overseen by the right Manager who can lead from the front whilst delivering strong personal results.
We are seeking experienced recruitment consultants/managers motivated by the hybrid opportunity to manage a warm desk in the Life Sciences whilst also shaping our future leaders. This role is for our UK based US division where the working pattern is 12:00pm-9:30pm, Monday to Thursday and 12:00pm-6:30pm on a Friday!

* 3+ years 360 recruitment experience

Role responsibilities:
* Assisting with sourcing niche and high-calibre candidates for mid-to-senior level vacancies across their verticals within the Pharmaceutical sector
* Training and developing new consultants to close a 360 placement
* Managing the full 360 recruitment process
* Consistently developing business within emerging, niche companies
* Drive team sales activity and oversee KPIs
* Devise energetic and desirable incentives and team building strategies
