Contract Service Administrator - Omagh - Full Time Looking for your next opportunity in administration within the Health & Social Care sector?

We’re recruiting for a busy and rewarding role supporting the Contracting Services Team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone organised, proactive and confident using Microsoft Office, who enjoys working as part of a fast-paced team and making a real impact behind the scenes.

1. £12.75 per hour
2. Location: Cedar Villa, Omagh
3. Monday to Friday (9am - 5pm)
4. 37.5 hours a week
5. Up to 3 months initially
What you'll be doing in this role:
6. Provide administrative and contract support to the Contracting Services Team
7. Assist with the development, review and maintenance of health and social care contracts
8. Support contract renewals and updates in line with legislation and standards
9. Maintain contract monitoring systems, spreadsheets and reports
10. Monitor service activity and financial targets
11. Manage diaries, appointments and office supplies
12. Prepare correspondence, reports and general documentation
13. Maintain filing systems and distribute information via email
14. Create and update spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel
15. Handle telephone enquiries and incoming/outgoing mail
16. Carry out general office administration duties including photocopying and binding
What you'll need for this role:
17. 5 GCSEs including English and Maths And 1 years experience working in an administration and clerical environment.
18. Or 3 years experience working in an administration and clerical environment.
19. Ability to work on own initiative Flexibility Ability to plan effectively to meet deadlines
20. Ability to organise complex material Ability to maintain and respect confidentiality Good oral and written communication skills Ability to work as part of a team
21. Filing systems Computer Systems
