Responsibilities for our Telesales Team Manager:
* Lead, inspire, and mentor a team of telesales agents to achieve high performance and exceed goals.
* Monitor key performance indicators, provide feedback, and identify areas for improvement.
* Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.
* Work closely with Senior Management & Directors to align team objectives with overall business goals.
* Coach individuals to improve quality and performance.
* Deliver 1-2-1s, and comply with HR policies at line manager level.
* Take a customer-first approach whilst ensuring optimum profitability of all sales activity.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in a B2B sales leadership role (12 months minimum experience).
* Experience in managing a team remotely.
* Strong background in managing and developing sales teams.
* Knowledge of using and managing a dialler would be advantageous.
* Excellent communication, motivation, and interpersonal skills.
* Results-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales objectives.
* Ability to analyse performance metrics and implement necessary changes.
* Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
* Strong people management skills.
