This is a home-based role combining remote and on-site infrastructure and application support across customer locations within your region. As an Infrastructure Support Engineer Cloud & VoIP, you'll work across a blend of cloud-hosted and on-premise environments, supporting highly available systems that operate 24/7 and play a vital role in emergency communications. This role includes participation in a 1-in-5 on-call rota, supporting business-critical platforms where reliability and uptime are essential.
