Overview
We’re looking for an experienced Account Manager to lead relationships with some of the biggest names in sports and entertainment. In this client-facing role, you’ll be the go-to contact for a portfolio of high-profile clients, helping them get the most from the core SaaS platform while ensuring smooth, successful delivery of programs.
This is a hybrid role blending relationship management, strategic account growth and hands-on operational support.
What You’ll Be Doing
Client & Account Management
* Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with senior stakeholders.
* Act as a trusted advisor—understanding client goals, identifying opportunities to deliver value, and supporting ongoing success.
* Serve as the internal voice of the client—ensuring their needs are clearly communicated and prioritised across teams.
* Drive account renewals and identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities in collaboration with the sales team.
Campaign Delivery
* Support the end-to-end delivery of client campaigns.
* Ensure client requirements are accurately translated into platform setup.
* Liaise with internal teams—support, technical, and product—to ensure smooth execution and a great client experience.
* Monitor live activations and client activity, helping resolve any issues quickly and effectively.
Platform & Operational Support
* Provide hands-on support with system configuration, user setup, and data reporting.
* Deliver client onboarding and training to support adoption and ongoing usage.
* Gather client feedback and insights to inform future platform improvements and internal best practices.
What You’ll Bring
* 3–5 years’ experience in account management or customer success role within a SaaS environment.
* Proven ability to manage enterprise relationships with multiple senior stakeholders.
* Strong communication skills—confident engaging with clients at all levels.
* High attention to detail, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
* Ability to stay calm and responsive in fast-paced, live event environments.
* Strong technical aptitude—you’re comfortable learning new software and guiding clients through its use.
* Experience working in sports or hospitality arena.
