A UK based business located in Redditch are currently recruiting for a Toolroom Engineer with a Tooling background to join their team. This role is available due to an uplift in work and growth, with this position potentially leading to a permanent contract after a successful trial period.
Responsibilities / Requirements of the role:
* Supporting with maintenance and optimisation of the manufacturing processes
* Repair and maintenance of tools
* Diagnose performance of tools and machinery
* Operate various machinery, including lathes, mills, grinders
* Support Production team
* Experience in blanking and stamping
* Fully competent with Toolroom machinery
* Ability to read technical drawings
