An exciting opportunity to join a forward-thinking business in security and remote monitoring. As an Assistant IT Manager you will play a key role in shaping and executing the IT strategy, focusing on service delivery, infrastructure, information security, business continuity, and project management.
Responsibilities
* Assist with the development and execution of IT strategy and roadmaps
* Manage technologies and provide administrative support for various systems
* Control and monitor data, network access and backup systems
* IT troubleshooting and provision of technical support
* Negotiate and communicate with third-party providers for software and troubleshooting
* Problem resolution and clear communication with stakeholders
Qualifications / Experience
* Experience with managed technologies and providing administrative assistance for various systems
* Experience in controlling and monitoring data, network access and backups
* IT troubleshooting and provision of technical support
* Negotiating and communicating with third-party providers for new software and troubleshooting
* Strong problem resolution and communication skills
