About the Role
As our Office Administrator, you’ll be the backbone of our office, supporting day-to-day administrative tasks and ensuring everything runs efficiently. You’ll work closely with site teams, suppliers, and clients, providing essential support across various aspects of the business.
Key Responsibilities
* Managing phone calls, emails, and correspondence
* Organising and maintaining office files and records
* Coordinating meetings and appointments
* Supporting health & safety documentation and compliance
What We’re Looking For
* Previous experience in an administrative role (construction industry experience is a bonus)
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* A positive attitude and willingness to learn
