The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals in need, including seniors, young adults, and those with specific health conditions such as dementia. * Assisting our supported persons in all aspects of their daily life, including personal care and hygiene in their homes
* Support individuals with dementia care, ensuring their safety and comfort
* Meal preparation and medication prompts
* Domestic duties and companionship
* Supporting independence and wellbeing
* Accurate record-keeping and reporting
* Engage in recreational activities with clients to promote social interaction and mental stimulation
