Key Responsibilities
* Collaborate with the Head Chef to oversee all kitchen operations.
* Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety.
* Manage stock levels, and portion control, and minimize wastage to achieve GP targets.
* Lead, inspire, and develop the kitchen team, fostering a positive working environment.
* Communicate effectively with all team members to ensure smooth operations.
* Uphold and enforce health and safety policies and procedures.
What You Bring
1. Proven experience in a similar role within a large, fresh-food-focused pub or restaurant.
