Are you an experienced capital projects professional ready to lead a diverse and impactful estates programme? Blackpool & The Fylde College is seeking a Head of Capital Projects to lead the delivery of a dynamic capital programme, supporting the continued development of a modern, sustainable, and high-performing college estate.
Reporting to the Director of Estates, you will lead and manage the Project Team and B&FC’s capital programme exceeding £3 million annually, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the College estate through strategic project delivery, sustainability leadership, and compliance excellence.
